In this video, I demonstrate how to make a small batch of Ammonium Perchlorate Composite Propellant (APCP), explaining the role of each ingredient — from oxidizers and binders to catalysts and metal fuel.
The process includes precise weighing, mixing, curing, and finally, an ignition test.
Although the batch was tiny and tricky to shape, the burn test still delivers an impressive result. Watch to see the chemistry and fire in action!
